User – a natural or legal person who has posted his personal information through the Feedback Form on the site for the subsequent purpose of transmitting the data of the Administration of the Site.

The feedback form is a special form where the User places his personal information for the purpose of transmitting the data to the Administration of the Site.

2.1. This Privacy Policy shall be the official standard document of the Administration of the Site and shall establish the procedure for processing and protecting the information of natural and legal persons who use the Feedback Form on the Site.

2.2. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to ensure adequate protection of information about the User, incl. his personal data, from unauthorized access and disclosure.

2.3. Relations related to the collection, storage, dissemination and protection of information about users shall be governed by this Privacy Policy and the applicable laws of Poland.

2.4. The current version of the Privacy Policy is a public document developed by the Administration of the Site and is available to any Internet User when navigating the hypertext link «Privacy Policy».

2.5. The Administration of the Site may make changes to this Privacy Policy.

2.6. When making changes to the Privacy Policy, The Administration of the Site shall notify the User of this by posting a new version of the Privacy Policy on the www.LightClix.software website

2.7. When a new edition of the Privacy Policy is posted on the Site, the previous edition is stored in the archive of the Site Administration documentation.

2.8. By using the Feedback Form, the User agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2.9. The administration of the Site does not verify the validity of the received (collected) information about the User.

3.1. Personal data of the User such as: name, surname, e-mail, contact phone number shall be transmitted by the User of the Site Administration with the consent of the User.

3.2. The transfer of personal data by the User of the Site Administration through the Feedback Form signifies the consent of the User to the transfer of his personal data.

3.3. Administration of the Site performs processing of information about the User, incl. his personal data, such as: first name, surname, e-mails, contact number, as well as additional information about the User, provided to them at their request, in order to fulfill obligations to the User of the Site.

3.4. Processing of personal data is based on the principles of:

a) Lawfulness of the purposes and methods of processing personal data and integrity;

b) Compliance of the purposes of processing of personal data with the purposes predetermined and stated in the collection of personal data;

c) the correspondence of the volume and nature of personal data processed to the manner of processing personal data and to the purposes of processing personal data;

d) The amalgamation of databases containing personal data created for incompatible purposes.

Personal data of the User shall be stored exclusively on electronic media and shall be used strictly for the purpose stated in paragraph 3 of this Privacy Policy.

5.1. Personal data of the User shall not be transmitted to any third parties, except as expressly provided by this Privacy Policy.

5.2. The provision of personal data of the User upon request of state authorities, local self-government bodies shall be carried out in the manner stipulated by the legislation of Poland.

6.1. The personal data of the User shall be stored on the electronic media of the site indefinitely.

6.2. Personal data of the User shall be destroyed at the request of the User on the basis of his request, or on the initiative of the Administrator of the site without explanation by deletion of the information posted by the User by the Administration of the Site.

Users have the right, on request, to receive from the Administration of the Site information relating to the processing of his personal data.

The Administrator of the Site shall take technical and organizational-legal measures in order to ensure the protection of the User’s personal data from unlawful or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, proliferation, as well as from other unlawful actions.

9.1. The User shall have the right to address his requests to the Administration of the Site, incl. concerning the use/deletion of his personal data, as provided for in paragraph 3 of this Privacy Policy, in writing to the address referred to in paragraph 1.

9.2. The Administration of the Site undertakes to review and send a response to the received request of the User within 30 days from the receipt of the appeal.

9.4. All correspondence received by the Administration from the User (in written/electronic form) relates to information of restricted access and without the written consent of the User is not subject to disclosure. Personal data and other information about the User who submitted the request may not be used without the special consent of the User, except for the answer to the topic of the received request or in cases directly provided by the legislation.
